Do you wanna live like an optimist or a pessimist?

[I did a 14-Day Experiment]

I did a 14-day experiment…

 

Be a full-time pessimist for 7 days.

And see if you wanna live that life.

 

Then be a full-time optimist for 7 days.

And see if you wanna live that life.

 

After 14 days, I arrived at… 

I wanna live an optimistic life. But I don’t wanna be fully deluded.

 

The sweet spot for me is…

23 hours of optimism. And 1 hour of pessimism.

 

You will have a different ratio based on your work and the life you want to create.

 

The way I see pessimism…

 

It sounds smart. And is useful at times.

It gives you the reason why something won’t work… so you can work on those reasons.

 

But it lacks the vibrancy to build your whole life around it.

 

However you don’t need to take my word for it.

Give it a try.

 

Maybe you will discover something else.
