Don’t pick THIS losing business strategy

Imagine 2 ladies…

 

Siri and Sarah.

 

Disclaimer: Read the comparisonon below. But don’t get stuck in ads, funnel numbers, or sales teams. 

That’s not the main point.

 

Siri runs ads for 15 days.

Don’t see an immediate ROI.

Shuts down her ads.

She looks for a different strategy that would stack cash for her… fast.

 

Sarah runs ads for 15 days.

Don’t see an immediate ROI.

Looks at her funnel.

Click-through rate is 4.53%… which means the ad creative is working.

Landing page opt-in rate is 37%… which means the landing page is working.

VSL views are 80%… people are playing the VSL

A few prospects booked the call. 

They were the right prospects that she wanted on the call. 

But her salesperson missed a few key questions and lost the potential clients.

Now she doesn’t shut down her ads.

Instead she focuses on helping her salesperson become better at discovery calls.

Coaches who are desperate to make money make less than… 

the coaches who are obsessed with problem-solving and mastering the process.

 

Coaches who are desperate build inferior coaching programs.

 

They are ready to cut corners… because they just want fast money.

 

They are needy on discovery calls. And prospects are repelled by that.

 

They get frustrated fast when they don’t see the money.

 

Then they make stupid business decisions.

 

And get stuck in the ‘changing gurus and switching strategies’ loop.

 

After all this, they wonder why they aren’t making any money.

 

On the other hand…

 

Coaches who are obsessed with problem-solving and mastering the process know…

 

Money is the by-product of solving problems and serving clients in the best possible way.

 

They look at the PARTS of the process… not just the end result.

 

They focus on making their people, content, program, marketing, sales, and client experience 1% better every single day.

 

They look for the bottlenecks in the process instead of giving up on the whole process.

 

They take fast action. But have long-term patience.

 

They look for the PROCESS-WINS. Not just the money wins.

 

And ironically they end up making exponentially more money than the desperate coaches.

 

Okay… that was a long rant. But I hope you got the point.
