If your offer is NOT converting… (4Ms)
I hear these messages every day.
And maybe you are experiencing some of it too.
“My offer is not converting”
“I am not getting the clients like I used to”
“My revenue is going down every month”
“My wife is hating me more and more every day”
Okay… this I can’t help you with 🙂
But with offers, clients, revenue…
I CAN.
Understand this…
Seasons change.
And then some stupid person says… “No one buys in summer”
Cultures change.
Tom Brady gets roasted. Attention shifts.
Economy shifts.
And money flows easily or less freely.
Space gets crowded.
Exponentially more coaches now than there were in 2017.
People get BORED seeing the same crap.
“What to do? Should I just shut down my biz”
NO.
If you wanna keep winning in any season, economy, culture, competitive market…
Tweak these 4Ms:
1.) MODEL:
High ticket, low ticket, MRR, rev. share, etc.
It’s a BIG change. And you gotta know what you are doing to get this right.
Otherwise you can completely destroy your own business.
2.) MESSAGE:
It’s how you TALK about your offer.
People get BORED with 1 angle.
Come up with 10 different angles that would resonate with your people.
Easier to change.
Requires creativity, copywriting chops, and in-depth market understanding to get it right.
3.) METHOD:
It’s how you DELIVER the results.
If people have tried your kinda method.
And it didn’t work.
They want something DIFFERENT now.
Harder to change.
Requires constant learning and innovation.
4.) MEDIUM:
It’s HOW you deliver the message.
Easier to change.
You can deliver the same message through a webinar.
Or a Google/Notion doc.
When people are done with webinars.
The doc converts better because it’s the NEW medium.
Things are CYCLICAL.
What wasn’t working will work again
What is working will stop working.
Tweak one of these 4Ms CORRECTLY.
And your offer will start CONVERTING again.
