Is your business keeping you sane or driving you crazy?

Imagine a person who’s having a tough time going to the gym 5 days a week…

But now in addition to the gym… you ask him to do…

1 hour of swimming…

1 hour of Boxing training…

1 hour of BJJ…

1 hour of dance training…

Do you think he would have an easier time staying consistent with 5 things instead of 1 thing (which was going to the gym)?

No. He would have a harder time.

And most likely he would quit the gym too.

Why am I telling you this?

Because I see this in our coaching world time and time again…

A coach is not able to sign clients consistently for 1 program.

But then this coach listens to some random gurus and launches 5 different programs (low ticket, mid ticket, high ticket, hybrid, MRR, and all kinds of craziness you can think of)

And now they are not only failing at 1 main program…

But they are failing at 5 programs. And they live in a constant state of overwhelm. Because they have added so much complexity to their business.

And this mistake is not just reserved for new coaches.

Experienced coaches who have seen some success with their 1 or 2 programs suddenly get bored of their main programs. Or start feeling like they are Elon Musk.

And start launching multiple programs.

They add complexity to their business.

And then wonder why things are not working well anymore.

Stop making this mistake.

Simplicity keeps you sane and profitable.

Complexity drives you crazy.

That’s it for today.
