Make it a BIG DEAL…
if you want people to see it as a BIG DEAL.
Disclaimer: If you’re making a BIG CLAIM, back up with BIG PROOF.
Don’t be full of fluff.
‘How you see yourself’ is an exception.
You DON’T need upfront proof.
You can have a “BIG DEAL” energy today.
You can see your greatness in this very moment.
Many athletes see themselves as world-champs before they were a world-champ.
Then they turn their belief into reality.
Does this BIG DEAL principle work?
Yes. Use it if it sits well with you.
Do you NEED to use this principle to become a successful coach?
No. If it isn’t in alignment with who you are… don’t use it.
