Easy Part: Getting a discovery call script
Hard Part: Leading discovery calls in a way that you sign clients consistently

Easy Part: Trying multiple strategies half-heartedly for 2 weeks
Hard Part: Going all in on 1 right strategy and making it work

Easy Part: Having a high-ticket offer
Hard Part: Crafting a high-converting offer that your dream clients are in love with

Easy Part: Hiring employees
Hard Part: Hiring key employees that raise your profits exponentially

Easy Part: Signing clients with a great offer
Hard Part: Retaining clients with a great program

I’ll stop with these easy and hard examples now.

Coaches who are struggling are chasing the easy things.

Chasing easy stuff gives you the ILLUSION that you are working a lot.
But things just DON’T work for YOU.

NO.

You are chasing dopamine hits.
And calling it work.

You are doing the work that average coaches are doing.

Coaches who are winning are spending time, money, and energy on DIALING in the hard parts.

And they are seeing the results of working on the RIGHT things.

This might be hard to hear…

But your results are telling you where you are spending your time, money, and energy.

And if things aren’t working… it’s time to make a SHIFT.

It’s time to FOCUS on the right things that create results.
